The objective of the project is the construction of a pipeline that will connect SORAZ (Zinder Refinery Company) to the town of Torodi via Niamey. It will be a question of relieving congestion in the city of Niamey which is about 1000 km from SORAZ and which consumes 80% of the production, but also to have a faster access to the foreign market in particular Burkina Faso which is at the border of the town of Torodi.
